The Rhona Silver Huntington townhouse is one such remembrance etched in the
history of the American Catering industry. The epitome that will always remain
tantamount with the perfection and elaborate soirees that offered nothing but
the best. Rhona Silver, the souvenir of American Catering Industry bought the
Huntington Townhouse in the year 1996 and it went on to be reckoned as one of
the biggest milestones in her success story.
Rhona’s dedication for catering made her buy the Huntington Townhouse for an
extension of her small catering business. This was a huge property of 150,000
sq. ft and traversed over 18 acres of land resplendent with towering ornamental
gates and lush green lawns. The previous family of the Huntington townhouse did
not even consider Rhona as a serious bidder but destiny had other plans for
her. No one would have imagined the Huntington Townhouse would witness hundreds
of celebrations, parties, wedding receptions, corporate events and occasional
ceremonies that included the rich and the famous, along with the ordinary.
The welcoming façade with the roman pillars and the exquisitely done up
interiors enchanted one’s senses. The five ballrooms could house around three
thousand guests and the nine kitchens took care of the delectable food. The
state of art amenities along with the skilled team of Rhona were known for
delivering the best one could expect from an event.

industry known for its extensive planning and immaculate execution. In an
interview, Rhona talked fondly about her team at the Huntington Townhouse
saying, “We were a team, and it takes a team to make a perfect day. People come
to Huntington Townhouse because of the experience we give them É food, décor
and the hospitality.”
The glorious days at this property came to its end when Rhona decided to sell it off to Lowe’s and take the next step in her soaring catering career. Rhona Silver Huntington Townhouse was reckoned as one of the most prominent offerings of the catering industry in the United States and is still remembered by many as the epitome of successful hosting of events.
